Samenvatting

Koemelkallergie is een abnormale immunologische reactie op de eiwitfractie in koemelk. De aandoening behoort tot de atopische syndromen (constitutioneel eczeem, astma, allergische rinitis, allergische conjunctivitis) en is er vaak de eerste manifestatie van. Koemelkallergie komt vooral voor tijdens het 1e levensjaar.
