The topics and interventions discussed within the book are offered for psychological health services and professionals to provide them with new skills and strategies for the future of psychological health. The book is successful in its goal to promote intervention and possibilities that can be beneficial in the present and in the future. The interventions and services target a wide variety of individuals in society in order to ensure a communal change in addition to individualistic changes.
