Abstract

Schizofrenie is een ernstige ziekte die bij ongeveer één procent van de wereldbevolking voorkomt. Naast wanen en hallucinaties die in de psychotische fase op de voorgrond staan, beïnvloeden negatieve symptomen (bijvoorbeeld anhedonie, initiatiefverlies), cognitieve symptomen (concentratiestoornissen, geheugenproblemen) en affectieve symptomen (depressie) het beloop.
