Ic-webportaal met informatie voor naasten van ic-patiënten

Samenvatting

De communicatie tussen naasten van een ic-patiënt en professionals vormt een belangrijke factor in de zorg op de ic. Om dit proces te ondersteunen, hebben het HagaZiekenhuis in Den Haag en het Erasmus MC in Rotterdam gezamenlijk een ic-webportaal ontwikkeld en geïmplementeerd waarbij informatie-uitwisseling centraal staat. In het door ons uitgevoerde onderzoek lijkt het ic-webportaal tegemoet te komen aan de behoefte van naasten.
