‘Ik héb eigenlijk nooit complicaties’

Samenvatting

De ontwikkeling en huidige plaats van de Nederlandse urologische complicatieregistratie worden besproken in het kader van het voortdurende streven naar verbetering van de kwaliteit van de urologische zorg. In toenemende mate wordt een gestandaardiseerde en gedigitaliseerde versie gebruikt. Sinds kort is het mogelijk om lokaal te spiegelen naar een landelijke database, waarin alle lokale registraties worden opgeslagen.
