Abstract
Een oncologische patiënt ontwikkelt op cytostatica een leukopenie en krijgt, in verband met een Aspergilluspneumonie, amfotericine-B toegediend. Hierop ontwikkelt deze patiënt een hypokaliëmie en een metabole acidose.
