Het toetsen van voetbelasting en voetlandingspatroon bij hardloopsters in minimalistische en conventionele hardloopschoenen

Samenvatting

Hardlopers gebruiken conventionele hardloopschoenen om zich te beschermen tegen te grote schokken die kunnen leiden tot blessures in de voet en de gewrichten. Er zijn ook hardlopers die minimalistische schoenen, barefoot schoenen, gebruiken. In een artikel in Acta Gymnica werd de voetlanding en de -belasting bij beide soorten schoenen onderzocht. De studie toonde aan dat in minimalistische schoenen de voetlanding naar voren kan verplaatsenen en de voetbelasting kan toenemen.
