Samenvatting

Samengevat: Een mijnheer, niet bekend met medische afwijkingen en zonder enig medicatiegebruik, wordt na een eerste intake op 8 januari, op 19 februari en 5 maart mondhygiënisch behandeld. Op 11 maart wordt bij hem een 4–5 cm groot hersenabces geconstateerd. Veel informatie krijgt de tandarts en de mondhygiënist, ondanks herhaald aandringen bij de huisarts en de heren specialisten, niet.
