Herkenning en intramurale behandeling van ADHD in de verslavingszorg

Abstract

Hoewel de term dubbele diagnose al langere tijd rondzingt, is het probleem van de juiste behandeling voor deze gecombineerde problemen nog niet volledig getackeld. Dubbele diagnose lijkt een heldere term, maar staat voor een variëteit aan combinaties van diverse verslavingsproblemen met diverse vormen van psychische problematiek. Het uiteenrafelen en protocolliseren van de diverse combinaties van problemen zou een weg kunnen zijn naar optimalisering van de zorg. Dit artikel wil een bijdrage leveren aan de herkenning van comorbiditeit van ADHD bij verslavingsproblemen. Het beschrijft de ontwikkeling, implementatie en procesevaluatie van een protocol voor diagnostiek en intramurale behandeling.
