Hemolytische anemie en anemie door gestoorde hematopoëse

Samenvatting

De meeste oorzaken van anemie behoeven geen verwijzing. Er zijn echter anemiën die een spoedverwijzing eisen, zoals de levensgevaarlijke trombotische trombocytopenische purpura, sommige acute leukemieën met hoge aantallen blasten in de circulatie of een aplastische of refractoire anemie met ernstige bloedings- en infectieneiging. Dit hoofdstuk is gericht op enkele zeldzame vormen van anemie, zoals de hemolytische anemie en de anemie als gevolg van stoornissen in de hematopoëse.
