Samenvatting

Een 68-jarige man kwam ABC-stabiel binnen op de afdeling Spoedeisende Hulp van een level-2-traumacentrum. De patiënt was gevallen met de fiets door duizeligheid bij morbus Ménière. Na het ongeval had hij nog gelopen. Hij ondervond alleen lichte nekklachten. Bij lichamelijk onderzoek bestond er minimale drukpijn paravertebraal ter hoogte van C2-C4 zonder neurologische uitvalsverschijnselen.
