Samenvatting

Bij herhaling worden vragen gesteld met uiterst summiere informatie over de patiënt. Dat maakt het beantwoorden vrijwel onmogelijk zonder als vraagbak een risico te lopen. Ook een telefonische vraag is niet altijd even simpel te beantwoorden. Een antwoord vraagt toch vaak wikken en wegen en dat vergt tijd.
