Samenvatting

Het meest uitgevoerde echoscopisch onderzoek in de verloskunde is het vaststellen van de foetale biometrie en het beoordelen van de placenta, de navelstreng en de hoeveelheid vruchtwater. Echoscopisch onderzoek in de zwangerschap is daarmee een onmisbaar onderdeel voor de beoordeling van de zwangerschapsduur, de foetale groei en de foetale conditie.
