Getromboseerde anale randvene: incideren of afwachten?

Samenvatting

Een acute perianale trombus is zeer pijnlijk. De patiënt wil waarschijnlijk liever niet gaan zitten en zal bij uw bureau blijven staan. Bij onderzoek ziet u een blauwpaarse zwelling op de rand van de anus. Wat is het beste: direct incideren of spontane resorptie afwachten?
