Gegeneraliseerde soepelheid en stijfheid van gewrichten op de kinderleeftijd; klinische presentatie en differentiaaldiagnostiek

samenvatting

Aan de hand van twee casussen beschrijven we de klinische presentatie van kinderen met symptomatische gegeneraliseerde gewrichtshypermobiliteit en gegeneraliseerde stijfheid van gewrichten. Daarnaast worden aspecten van differentiaaldiagnostiek belicht. De klinische betekenis van gegeneraliseerde gewrichtshypermobiliteit en gegeneraliseerde stijfheid van gewrichten wordt besproken.
