Samenvatting

Het meest uitgevoerde echoscopisch onderzoek in de verloskunde is het vaststellen van de foetale biometrie ter beoordeling van de foetale groei. Daarnaast spelen de foetale doorstromingsprofielen middels dopplermetingen tezamen met de bepaling van de hoeveelheid vruchtwater een belangrijke rol bij het beoordelen van de conditie van een foetus met een (verdenking op) foetale groeirestrictie.
