Samenvatting

Polydactylie is de aanwezigheid van een of meer extra vingers of tenen. Dit kan variëren van een stompvormig aanhangsel zonder bot tot een partiële of totale duplicatie van een of meer digiti. Deze congenitale afwijking valt meestal direct na de geboorte op.
