Samenvatting

Laten we na al die traumatische situaties eerst terugkeren naar het gewone leven. Hoe regelen we emoties als ons iets overkomt? De meeste mensen zijn zeer goed in staat ernstige ingrijpende gebeurtenissen te boven te komen zonder hulp van psychiaters of psychotherapeuten. Hoewel dit geen zelfhulpboek is, geef ik in het kort aan wat helpt om heftige emoties in goede banen te leiden. Per emotioneel systeem blijkt dat te verschillen.
