Een witte raaf onder de epifysiolysefracturen in het distale femur

Samenvatting

Deze casus beschrijft een zeldzame fractuur bij een 15-jarige jongen. Het betreft een epifysiolysefractuur van het distale femur met volledige dislocatie in de epifyse en een in tweeën gespleten condylenblok. De operatie was enigszins ‘à la carte’, het beloop gecompliceerd.
