Their nurse-led innovations in chronic condition management and pressure ulcer early warning are truly impressive: they have improved patient care and saved money for their service. I hope that you will draw inspiration from their achievements. The specialty of gerontological nursing has tremendous strength at the moment and there are many more UK nurses whose work deserves to be showcased.
