Diagnostiek van diepe veneuze trombose door de huisarts

Samenvatting

1. Vanwege de kans op een longembolie is snelle diagnostiek naar diepe veneuze trombose noodzakelijk.
2. De diagnose diepe veneuze trombose is niet eenvoudig te stellen; bij symptomatische patiënten is vaak geen DVT aanwezig.
