Inleiding

Een dentale virtuele autopsie of odontogene virtuele autopsie kan een onderdeel zijn van een virtuele autopsie of post mortem (PM) total body computertomografie (CT)-sscan. De naam ‘virtueel’ wordt gebruikt omdat men via beeldvorming naar het lichaam en in het lichaam kijkt.
