Obesity is an epidemic in the United States of America, and in the other developed and developing nations of the world. Decades of research has failed to turn up any long term solution to the ever growing obese population, forcing some countries to use the regulatory mechanisms of the domestic law in the fight against obesity. Having that as the background it is important to continue to find ways to help individuals’ with weight related problems. Ludwig’s book “Ending the Food Fight” is yet another in the foray. The author has the credentials to write a book on this topic. The main ideas and themes of this book are suitable for its intended audience. …
