Cuboïdsyndroom: lastig te diagnosticeren, maar conservatief goed te behandelen

Samenvatting

In de podotherapeutische praktijk zie ik regelmatig mensen met pijnklachten aan de buitenzijde van de voet na het doormaken van een plantairflexie/inversietrauma. Deze restklachten kunnen het gevolg zijn van het niet goed functioneren van het calcaneocuboïdale gewricht, het zogenoemde cuboïdsyndroom.
