Samenvatting

De meeste mensen die een hulpverlener opzoeken in Nederland hebben last van uit de pas lopende gevoelens, zoals angsten of een sombere stemming. Angststoornissen en depressieve stoornissen horen tot de bulk van de behandelingen van de ggz. Bij de meeste mensen is het evenwicht verloren tussen positieve en negatieve emoties of ze kunnen geen afstand nemen van bepaalde gevoelens of ze kennen zichzelf eigenlijk niet.
