Abstract
This chapter details the possibilities for people who wish to have a non-binary chest, focussing on people who were assigned female at birth who wish to have chest reconstruction to a more non-binary contour and appearance. It details the various surgical techniques and their pros and cons depending upon the patient’s physique. It also considers the place of the surgeon within the multidisciplinary team and the necessary considerations when working with this patient group.
