Zusammenfassung
Nicht nur in der Öffentlichkeit sind Netzwerke meist positiv konnotiert. Auch in der Forschung überwiegen Beiträge, die wünschenswerte Wirkungen von Netzwerken fokussieren. Spätestens seit den 1990er Jahren wird allerdings auch immer wieder auf die Schattenseite von Netzwerken hingewiesen (Smith-Doerr und Powell 2001, S. 388 ff.).
