Zusammenfassung
Ideomotorische Hypnoserituale können bei den meisten Menschen eingesetzt werden, auch bei solchen mit mittlerer Hypnotisierbarkeit. Sie eignen sich deshalb gut, um Patienten den Übergang vom willkürlichen zum unwillkürlichen und in der Folge vom bewussten zum unbewussten Funktionsmodus zu ermöglichen. Es werden verschiedene ideomotorische Hypnoserituale wie Lidschluss und Armlevitation theoretisch und anhand von Forschungsresultaten erläutert und die jeweiligen Induktionstechniken beschrieben. Auf Funktion und Bedeutung des ideomotorischen Signalisierens wird besonders eingegangen.
