Bereits in der Frühschwangerschaft entwickelt sich aus dem posteromedialen Abschnitt des Urventrikels durch Abteilung die primitive linke Herzkammer und durch Verschmelzung der Konusäste die links- und rechtsventrikuläre Ausflußbahn.
