Zusammenfassung
Viele Kinder und Jugendliche sind in ihrem Alltag mit Ängsten konfrontiert. Nicht immer ist dabei auf Anhieb klar zu unterschieden, ob es sich hierbei urn normale, alterstypische Ängste handelt oder ob sie bereits das Ausmaß einer Angststörung erreicht haben. Die Grenzen sind fließend.
Morgen ist Musikleistungskontrolle. Jeder muss vor der ganzen Klasse ein Lied vorsingen. Christoph geht das schon die ganze Woche über nicht aus dem Kopf. lmmer wieder übt er,wenn ihn keiner hören kann. Aber er verliert mehr und mehr den Mut. Er meint, seine Stimme klinge furchtbar und den Ton halten könne er auch nicht. Wie oft hat er schon gehört: „Christoph, hör bloß auf zu singen. Du störst.“ Er ist felsenfest überzeugt davon, dass das morgen eine große Blamage wird. Schon wenn er daran denkt, bekommt er feuchte Hände und eine zittrige Stimme. Und wenn er sich erst vorstellt, wie die ganze Klasse lachen wird …. Das kann nur schief gehen. Wie soll er dann in der nächsten Pauseden anderen unter die Augen treten. Sie werden dich belächeln. Er ist sich sicher und er kann spüren, wie seine Nervosität zunimmt ….
