Zusammenfassung

Wie häufig sind psychische Störungen in der Allgemeinbevölkerung, wie häufig sind schwergradige Störungen und wie häufig sind damit verbundene Komplikationen und Behinderungen? Wie viele Menschen mit psychischen Störungen werden überhaupt vom Versorgungssystem erkannt und diagnostiziert, und welche psychischen Störungen werden wie häufig in welchen Einrichtungen behandelt? Wie ist der gedeckte und ungedeckte Bedarf an Interventionen und Diensten? Welche Menschen sind am anfälligsten für psychische Störungen (und in welchen Lebensphasen)? Wie ist der natürliche Verlauf psychischer Störungen – wann beginnen sie und welche Verlaufstypen lassen sich finden? Was sind die Risikofaktoren für Beginn und Verlauf? Welche genetischen und nicht genetischen Faktoren sind in Interaktion mit welchen Umweltvariablen zu beachten?
