Abstract
Motivation is not a "one size fits all process. This chapter introduces a motivational coaching system to assess and impliment the most effective strategy for optimal workplace motivation. It uses Stage Climbing, a CBT based seven stage developmental approach that incorporates cognitive restructing with stage specific action steps for helping to achieve an optimal degree of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.
