Through a large number of literature readings and experimental investigations, this paper provides a detailed overview of the development of the mobile Internet business management information, and proposes a business management optimization model, and conducts experiments on the internal business network of the city’s business system. Then it analyzes the experimental data of the internal business network of the city’s industrial and commercial system and the safety of the data in the secondary network of the industrial and commercial system. The experimental results show that the data accuracy of the internal business network hierarchical structure of the industrial and commercial system is relatively high, which is completely suitable for the informatization of business management. However, there is still 7.4% of the data operation security defense in the industrial and commercial system that needs to be strengthened.
