Abstract
In this chapter, we will discuss how we use REBT to treat couples —whether they be in love but experiencing conflict , have drifted apart and wish to rekindle their connection, or are at a crisis point where the survival of the relationship is at stake.
This chapter is abstracted from Dr. Grieger’s book, The Couples Therapy Companion: A Cognitive Behavior Workbook, published by Routledge in 2015.
