Abstrait

L’incidence de la forme histologique la plus fréquente des cancers de l’œsophage, le cancer épi- dermoïde, a très fortement décru ces dernières années alors qu’à l’inverse et comme dans de nombreux endroits dans le monde, L’incidence de l’adénocarcinome a eu tendance à croître en France, surtout pour le tiers inférieur de l’œsophage (1).
