Abstract
The main questions forever arising when the problem of relationship between speech and thought comes up for discussion may be formulated as follows:
-
1.
What is thinking and what is language (or speech)—are they the same or are they two different things?
-
2.
Are thinking and speech always interrelated or is it possible to have thinking without speech and speech without thinking?
-
3.
If thinking and speech are not identical, being only in some way related to each other, what is the role of speech in the thought process?
