Abstract

As discussed in Chap. 1, increasing numbers of high school students with ADHD are attending college, and approximately 25 % of college students who receive disabilities services are identified with ADHD (Wolf, 2001; Wolf, Simkowitz, & Carlson, 2009). Relative to children and adults with ADHD, however, research studies regarding the college student population are scarce. The purpose of this chapter is to review available information concerning the academic, social, and psychological functioning of college students with ADHD.
