Abstract
Chapter 5 outlines a comprehensive mindfulness-informed approach to case conceptualization that includes a person’s relationship with self, others, and life/suffering. In addition, principles of goal setting and treatment planning are reviewed and three detailed treatment plan templates are included for individual clients diagnosed with depression/anxiety, couples reporting relational distress, and families experiencing conflict.
