Abstract

The constraints of composing a book like this pose an inevitable dilemma toward the end; one has to stop somewhere. At some point, it is necessary to encompass a subject with only a few strokes of a narrow pen. So must it be for the neuropsychiatry disorders of childhood—sufficient to discuss only a few topics that express some interesting principle, and leave to others the unenviable task of being encyclopedic.
