Abstract
The anatomy and physiology of swallowing were discussed in some depth in Chapter 2. However, it is important in this chapter to develop our knowledge of radiographic anatomy and the normal movements of individual structures that are analyzed in the radiographic study (such as tongue thrust, epiglottic tilt, hyoid elevation, etc.).
