Samenvatting

In deel 1 van deze casus schreef een tandarts me onder meer: “De patiënt ken ik sinds juni 2012. Hij heeft een desastreuze dentitie en komt voornamelijk als hij klachten heeft, zo ook in maart 2013. Hij meldde zich in de weekenddienst met hevige kiespijn. Deze pijn bleek reeds enkele dagen aanwezig. Ik heb toen een zenuwbehandeling uitgevoerd aan de 36. Voorafgaande aan de behandeling heb ik, evenals in 2012, een EMRRH-afgenomen. Beide keren werd slechts hyperventileren als probleem gemeld. De medicatie bestond uit een pijnstiller en een maagzuurremmer. (…)
