Case report. Urethroscopiegeassisteerde percutane lithotomie bij hypospadie

Samenvatting

Urethrale stenen zijn een zeldzaam klinisch verschijnsel. De meeste stenen die zich in de urethra bevinden, migreren vanuit blaas en nieren. Hypospadie bij volwassenen is een weinig voorkomende congenitale afwijking. Wij presenteren een casus van een 68-jarige man met onbehandelde hypospadie die zich presenteerde met een urethrasteen, die had geresulteerd in een urethracutane fistel. Via deze fistel werd een urethroscopiegeassisteerde percutane extractie van de urethrasteen verricht.
