Samenvatting

Breath-holding spells zijn aanvallen waarbij na hevige emotie de adem tijdens expiratie onwillekeurig ingehouden wordt totdat kinderen blauw of bleek worden en soms het bewustzijn verliezen. Deze aanvallen duren van enkele seconden tot een minuut.
