Borstvoeding, de beste start

SAMENVATTING

Borstvoeding is de beste voeding voor een baby. Het is een natuurlijk lichaamsproduct gemaakt voor het individuele kind en afgestemd op zijn behoefte. Borstvoeding bevordert de band tussen moeder en kind. Borstvoeding heeft veel gezondheidsvoordelen voor moeder en kind op korte en lange termijn. Hoe langer de duur van de borstvoeding, hoe groter de voordelen zijn voor beiden. Praktisch gezien is het gemakkelijk en kosteloos.
