Samenvatting

Sommige ouders respecteren de vaccinatiekalender niet. Verschillende studies tonen een verband aan tussen de pijn als gevolg van het vaccineren en de terughoudendheid van de ouders om hun kinderen te laten vaccineren. We hebben er de literatuur op nageslagen en stellen een pijnbeheersingsprogramma voor dat steunt op vijf hoofdpunten: positie, glucoseoplossing, afleiding, injectietechniek en begeleiding.
