Insurance physicians employed by the Department of Benefits Appeal Procedures of the UWV (executive institute social insurances) are involved in the process of reconsidering the primary functional capacity assessment regarding occupational disability claims. The objective of this study is to find aspects influencing the outcome of these procedures. These can contribute to quality improvements in the insurance medical judgement formation.
