In the article “Spiritual Well-Being and Depression in Patients with Heart Failure” [J Gen Intern Med 2007: 22: 470–477 (DOI: 10.1007/s11606-006-0044-9)], the authors report the following errors:

In Table 1, the median and interquartile range for “Number of physical symptoms (from MSAS-SF)” should have been “8 [4, 12],” rather than “3 [2, 6].”

In the third paragraph of the Results section, the second sentence should have read “Greater total spiritual well-being (rs = −.55, P < .001), social support (rs = −.41, P < .01), health status (rs = −.56, P < .001), and fewer physical symptoms (rs = .51, P<.001) were significantly associated with less depression,” rather than “fewer physical symptoms (rs = .41, P < .01),” as printed.
