There was an error in the Ethical approval statement of the original version of the above article.
Instead of “The study was approved by the Stockholm Ethical board, DNR: 2005/418-31/3” it should have been “The study was approved by the Stockholm Ethical board, DNR: 2015/2225-31.”. Thus, this erratum was created.
