Samenvatting

Je doet meer dan je best, maar toch ga je met een slecht gevoel naar huis. Niet de zorg kunnen bieden die je wilt, kan leiden tot morele stress. Bespreekbaar maken is de eerste stap, maar ook de inzet van leidinggevende en organisatie is nodig.
