ADHD-symptomen bij peuters en kleuters

De predictieve waarde van vroege symptomen van ADHD voor later functioneren

Samenvatting

Symptomen die passen bij AD HD komen veel voor bij peuters en kleuters. In dit artikel wordt een overzicht gegeven van onderzoek naar de betekenis van AD HD-symptomen bij deze leeftijdsgroep voor het toekomstig functioneren. AD HD-symptomen in representatieve steekproeven laten maar een beperkte stabiliteit zien, terwijl onderzoek onder peuters en kleuters met een diagnose AD HD een veel grotere stabiliteit aantoont.
